Whether you are looking for relaxation or specific injury related rehabilitation, Stefan covers a broad spectrum when it comes to massage therapy. Upon Stefan graduating from his class in August of 2022 from Intellitec College - Pueblo, he immediately began practicing at Synergy Physical Therapy and Wellness in Pueblo, CO. There he worked with clients one on one with specific rehab goals tied to post surgeries including - total shoulder surgery, total knee surgery, and hip replacements. From there, he moved on to The Now Massage Boutique in Colorado Springs to gain more hands on experience in the spa industry side of massage therapy. Specializing in both Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, Stefan aims to customize the massage experience according to his client’s individual needs. He utilizes modalities such as cupping, gua sha, myofascial release, tapotement/percussion and stretching as some ways to approach full muscle restoration. He has worked and improved clients with acute and chronic migraines, neck and shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, low back and hip pain. His goal is to get your body to relax and back to it's full functionality. Outside of massage therapy, Stefan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter at home by getting outdoors on hikes or going for bike rides. He and his wife also love to write and perform music together in their band that they co-lead.
